PORTIR (Portugal) delivers Time-Critical Logistics for Racing Legend Pedro Bianchi Prata

PORTIR, your Connecta partner in Portugal, recently demonstrated its expertise in time-critical logistics by successfully facilitating the air transport of a high-performance Honda CRF 450 RX motorcycle for renowned racing champion Pedro Bianchi Prata.

The 2023 Honda CRF 450 RX, a powerful machine with a 450cc engine delivering 60 kW, was meticulously prepared for the crucial Baja International race in Qatar. Weighing 120 kg and equipped with a manual transmission and single cylinder, this motorcycle required special handling and packaging to ensure its safe transport.

A Complex Logistical Challenge

PORTIR faced a complex logistical challenge, involving the swift transportation of the motorcycle and its accompanying equipment from Lisbon to Qatar within a tight timeframe. A specially crafted crate, measuring 230x130x150 cm and weighing 350 kg gross, was designed to accommodate the motorcycle and its accessories.

Despite tight deadlines and stringent customs regulations, PORTIR‘s team worked tirelessly to ensure the timely delivery of the shipment. The operation required meticulous planning, efficient execution, and strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
